How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by contacting us directly through phone, email, or filling out a form and having our staff get back to you. We’'ll assist you in finding a convenient time for your visit.

Do I need a prescription from a doctor?

Under New York State Law, patients may receive treatment from a licensed physical therapist without a referral from a physician or other healthcare provider for 10 visits or 30 days, whichever occurs first.

How long is a typical physical therapy session?

Session duration can vary based on individual needs and treatment plans. On average, sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour.

Do you offer virtual or telehealth appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for certain conditions. Please reach out to us to discuss whether a virtual session is appropriate for your needs.

Which insurances are accepted?

We proudly accept Traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Empire Plan / NYSHI, UMP, United Healthcare, Oxford, Health First, Tricare Military / Humana 1199, No Fault (car accidents, pedestrian accidents), and Worker’s Compensation.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Comfortable Clothes!

Please dress in clothes that allow you to move easily and expose the treatment area.

Please fill out all intake information digitally via the website or bring in the completed intake packet and ID, including insurance information, physicians prescription, list of medication(s), radiographs (MRI’s, x-rays).

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on the nature and severity of the condition. Your therapist will assess your progress regularly and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.
